Direction : Combine a desired amount of yam flour with water and stir to make a paste in a saucepan. Place over heat and knead with a wooden spoon consistently to form a thick dough. Allow to cook thoroughly for about 4 minutes . Mold into balls and allow to cool, serve with your favorite soup.
