- Atama leaves are vegetable used in making Abak Atama a soup popularly common amongst the Akwa Ibom and Cross-river people of Nigeria.
- Atama leaves are shredded (usually) very thinly just like you will do for Afang or Ukazi/ Okazi.
How to use: Add Atama leaves to the palm fruit (banga) sauce before it starts boiling (to prevent it from being bitter), to make and have a great Atama soup!
