    • It is a long woody spice with rough curve edges that you cut the quantity required like cinnamon sticks. And can be thrown into stews and sauces whole or ground.

    • This fruit can be steeped in hot water and drank as tea or put in soups and stews.

    • Aidan fruit pods can be reused, air dry or refrigerate already used pods to be used again.
